Energy and gas prices originating from TGE (Towarowa Giełda Energii – Energy Commodity Exchange, Nominated Electricity Market Operator from Poland) are now licensed CC BY-NC 4.0. This means you are free to share and adapt the data, provided that you give appropriate credit and use it for non-commercial purposes. We consider journalistic and informational use as permitted non-commercial use.
The change concerns the following data and charts:
- daily electricity prices (DAM)
- hourly electricity prices (DAM)
- daily gas prices (DAMg)
- electricity data from forwards market available through the More data section
This change is conducted in order to not interfere with TGE’s commercial activity, while continuing to provide the society with information on public data, which are wholesale electricity and gas prices, in a useful way.
Apart from the mentioned data, all other resources on our website remain on a fully open license (CC BY 4.0).
