TGEgasDA index is a volume-weighted average price of all the transactions concerning delivery of gas on the next gas day. The transactions are concluded on the Gas Day-Ahead Market (DAMg) of Polish Power Exchange (Towarowa Giełda Energii – TGE). They concern only the 24-hour instrument with delivery of methane-rich natural gas of group E* via the National Transmission System.

DAM is a spot market. Trading takes place 7 days a week.

*GAS_BASE contracts – the seller is obliged to supply gas continuously 24 hours a day on the following day. Group E – 97.8% methane content.
