Description of section and charts

In commercial technology (incoterms), PSCMI is on ‘ex mine’ terms, while import is ‘free at frontier’ – i.e. a the port. This means that the price includes all costs of delivering the raw material to the given point. The values are therefore comparable – both prices are at their ‘starting point’, before further transport within the country.

The PSCMI indices and import prices refer to coal with different energy content per tonne – therefore, the unit that allows for a proper comparison of these values is PLN/GJ.

PSCMI 2 is filtered out by default, as it is the only one that refers to coal for heating.
